During the past five years Susie has positively impacted many individuals, teams and organizations as a coach and a strategic learning partner. Prior to beginning her coaching and consulting practice, Susie spent 30 years as an educator and finished her career as a successful campus administrator. Her career in public education was devoted to excellence in teaching and learning and she achieved this through building relationships in order to build capacity.

Susie first saw the power of coaching as a participant in a year long leadership development program. In response to her own experience with a coach and seeing its positive impact on others, she became passionate about coaching as a way to achieve lasting change. Susie holds a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).  At her core, Susie is a learner and she believes all effective leaders must be learners. Her futuristic learning style is stimulated by her natural ability to embrace new experiences, concepts, practices and way of work. Susie continues to work with a coach and partner with other coaches in learning. These experiences allow her to see the endless possibilities in people and in life.

In addition to coaching leaders Susie regularly collaborates with individuals, teams and organizations in strategic learning partnerships which move them toward the future they envision.   

Susie brings a wide breadth of relevant learning models to her coaching and consulting engagements.  In addition, she has built a network of highly qualified skill coaches with diverse backgrounds. She pulls from this network when needed to compliment the range of services she offers.
